Set on twenty-five private, protected acres, the three-story, ocean view Villa offers the finest in barefoot luxury and boasts a spectacular infinity-edge pool with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, lagoon and surrounding rainforest. It was designed by Costa Rican architect, Felipe Calderon, to capture the incredible 360 degree views including the national park and neighboring Panama in the distance.

Built on the concept of Egyptian triangles, a series of points come together in repeating themes to create a unique, artistic, circular design. The artificial palm thatch roof and selected building materials allow the Villa to be visually pleasing. The centerpiece of the first floor is an antique gear recycled from the early gold mining days of the region. It serves as a reminder of the history and offers important structural support to the Villa design.

As stewards of the land, it was their desire to preserve virtually every tree on the building site and in the surrounding forest. The Villa was constructed 90% by hand using talented local craftsmen. Construction took nearly three years to complete.

A sophisticated solar energy system, with backup generator, supplies power to the Villa. We use energy efficient lighting and appliances and strive to conserve electricity, water and all natural resources in every way. All organic matter is composted and everything possible is recycled.

This turn key one of a kind home includes the Master Suite with spacious sitting area, private bath and large walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms and three bathrooms. It comes completely furnished including custom furniture, quality linens, dinnerware, cookware, and appliances, complete kitchen with refrigerator and freezer and laundry room with washer and dryer.
